Debbie has been working with seniors for over 30 years as an HHA, CNA, LPN and RN. She worked in home care, sub-acute long term care and assisted living. While most of her experience with seniors was in Long term care, she’s found assisted living geared more to getting to know every senior and meeting their needs in a compassionate and caring manner.
“This is what I strive for,” she says. “I have many seniors who still contact me and update me on their lives even though I am no longer caring for them. We have made bonds that last a life time.”
When she’s not working, Debbie enjoys gardening, reading, spending time with friends and family going to the beach or heading for the mountains.
Debbie is a lifelong Long Islander who lives in Manorville with her husband. She has two grown children.
