Melanie began her career at The Chelsea two years ago as a part-time Move-In Coordinator for Sparta and recently moved to Bald Eagle to a full-time Marketing Assistant position. She worked for several years as Director of Admissions/Marketing in Long Term Care facilities throughout Northern New Jersey. Melanie started her health care career in the acute-care setting, and quickly realized her love for working with older people and their families.
Melanie attended William Paterson University, majoring in Community Health Education and loves to see seniors maintain their health and independence. Melanie lives in Vernon with her husband of almost 28 years, Mike. They are proud parents of two children.
