Beth serves as Executive Director of The Chelsea at Shrewsbury. She leads the team in all operational and business initiatives, and is responsible for maintaining high-level performance in all areas of service at Shrewsbury.
Her mission is to develop a vibrant culture, optimize resident satisfaction, and ensure a secure and friendly environment.
Beth has more than 20 years of Health Care Administration experience. She’s worked in various roles such as marketing, sales, and housekeeping before obtaining her long-term care administrator license.
Prior to joining Chelsea Senior Living, Beth worked as the Executive Director at Brandywine Senior Living in Shrewsbury.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Health Policy Administration, with a focus in gerontology and business management, from Penn State University. In her free time, Beth enjoys being with her family and friends, going to the beach, boating, fishing, and any activity near the water. She also picked up a new hobby in gardening and can’t wait to help the resident grow their garden at The Chelsea.
