Located on the borough’s main thoroughfare, The Chelsea at Fair Lawn will become the area’s first senior living community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. The community is right on River Road, close to Route 208, and can be accessed via the Garden State Parkway and I-80.
Our Independent Living community opened its doors on April 10, 2023. It is a 26-residence community with one and two-bedroom apartments. Our Assisted Living and Memory Care community is expected to open this summer.
There are many places to visit, shop, and eat while you’re in town including the Empress Diner, Memorial Pool, Radburn Park, the Passaic River and more. We’re also close to St. Joseph’s Hospital and The Valley Hospital.
If you’d like to see what our community’s all about before making the decision to officially move in, we offer VIP Short Stays in private apartments with the same services and amenities that you’d receive if you were here for the foreseeable future.
Jamie showed early promise as a college intern working at our Montville community. Upon graduating from Penn State with her bachelor’s degree in Health Policy and Administration, she was hired as an Assisted Living Coordinator at the Chelsea at Montville. During this period, she was accepted into the Chelsea Executive Director In-Training program and earned her Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA) certification. Jamie’s quick rise to the position of Executive Director at our Marlboro community is evidence of her professionalism and dedication to the senior living model.
Outside of work, Jamie has a lifelong love of dancing, including contemporary, ballet and tap. She also enjoys to travel and spend time with her friends and family.
Kevin leads all sales and marketing initiatives at The Chelsea at Fair Lawn as the Director of Community Relations. Under his leadership, he is responsible for developing a connection with families, residents and businesses alike, and driving the sales process.
Kevin’s mission is to promote and maintain a high-quality environment, and continue to enhance the reputation of the community.
Most recently, he worked as the DCR for Atria Senior Living in New City, NY to help that community open its doors during the height of the pandemic. Despite the ongoing challenges, Kevin took over 100 deposits before the community opened, reaching over 90% of occupancy.
Prior to that, he worked as the DCR for Arbor Senior Living in Roseland, NY. He brought the community up to budget and nearly 100% occupancy.
Kevin wasn’t always in senior living. He was an Public Relations professional for five years, focusing on entertainment and law.
He also has a background in finance as a Wealth Manager.
Originally from Oradell, Kevin, his wife, and daughter now live right over the border in Rockland County, NY. He likes to go hiking and be outdoors. He has a degree from the University of North Florida.
