Chelsea Communities Named on Best of Senior Living List by Seniorly

Chelsea communities provide best-in-class housing, care, and lifestyle services to seniors in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care.

Three Chelsea Senior Living (“Chelsea”) communities, including one formerly managed by the company, were named on Seniorly’s Best of Senior Living list for 2024.

• The Chelsea at Greenburgh
• The Chelsea at Shrewsbury
• The Chelsea at Manalapan (under new management as of April 2024)

Seniorly based their list on a formula derived from the combination of positive ratings in categories: cleanliness, dining services, staff ratings, value, care services, and overall resident satisfaction. Communities must be in the top two percent of consumer sentiment ratings, be free of licensing violations and have no evidence of negative media coverage.
