Michelle leads all sales and marketing initiatives in Brookhaven. Her focus is to build census and create lasting relationships at the community, something she has done throughout her career in senior living.
She previously worked at Sunrise Senior Living and Brightview Senior Living.
Derek oversees all operational aspects that develop and enhance employee and resident experience at The Chelsea at Brookhaven.
Derek has worked in senior living for the past decade including Maple Pointe Senior Living and The Residence at Plainview, both Chelsea Senior Living communities.
He is a former Food Services Director and has spent time working in some of New York’s top restaurants.
He was also a mentor for teenagers and young adults dealing with addiction.
Derek loves spending time with the residents, and when he’s not at the community, he loves spending time with his wife and son.
