Job Summary:
Maintains a high quality, safe and clean Residence.
- Cleans common areas of Residence according to established schedule and procedures.
- Cleans restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
- Unclogs toilets and sinks.
- Empties garbage, replenish bags.
- Cleans all offices, including vacuuming and trash removal.
- Mops and removes trash from garbage cans in all common areas and replaces bags. Wipes down counters and sinks. Checks refrigerators, microwaves and ovens, clean if necessary.
- Cleans common area furniture.
- Other duties as assigned.
