Stephanie joins the Chelsea with a solid background in long term care and skilled nursing environments. She has a Master’s degree in Public Administration and is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA). In her nine years prior to Chelsea, she worked her way up from Admissions Director in the Genesis HealthCare system to achieve a deficiency-free rating as Assistant Administrator at one of Genesis’ largest centers. She was then promoted to Executive Director of another Genesis facility.
Stephanie says her grandparents have been her greatest motivation.
“My grandparents have always been my favorite people in the world,” she says. “I strive to provide an atmosphere in which they would be loved and well treated.”
A New Jersey native, Stephanie now lives just across the Delaware River in Pennsylvania with her husband and young son, a pre-schooler who requires lots of energy.
