Rachel is a Chelsea veteran, twelve years with the company with a background as a Licensed Master of Social Work. She earned her Masters degree at Stony Brook University after graduating from Hofstra University with her Bachelors in Community Health. Rachel is an experienced case manager who has helped many seniors at our Somerset Gardens assisted living community, also in Plainview.
“I have a passion for giving Seniors the best quality of life possible,” she says. She enjoys the socialization with residents and the families and has forged strong ties and friendships with fellow employees along the way.
Rachel lives on Long Island with her husband and two sons.
