Melissa has been in the senior living industry for over 15 years, has been a Social Worker for over 25 years. She started out as a Social Worker working inpatient and outpatient psychiatry and then moved onto nursing homes and eventually settled in assisted living where her passion lies. She has worked in assisted living for over 10 years. Melissa lives in Rockland County with her husband of 25 years and they have two children one in college and one is graduating college in May. In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends and her “happy place” is the beach.
