In 2003, after the sudden loss of both of her parents, Mandy decided to dedicate her career to healthcare. She began in hospice, helping the geriatric community during their most vulnerable time. It was during this time that she gained the utmost respect for seniors and their daily struggles and needs. This led her in the direction of skilled nursing and assisted living. When she was promoted to Executive Director after working in various administrative roles, she felt she found where she was always meant to be.
In addition to her healthcare career, Mandy is an EMT/CPR instructor. She teaches EMT class at Keyport High School and is a 25-year volunteer EMT at the Hazlet First Aid Squad. She enjoys going to Disney World every year. She has two doodles, Abby and Lacey, who she absolutely loves. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
