Len is an 8-year Chelsea veteran, rising to the position of Executive Director after distinguishing himself as Food Service Director.
“I enjoy working with the residents to make sure they are comfortable and their needs are satisfied,” he says. “My heart is really into taking care of them. I enjoy coming to work everyday. It actually doesn’t seem like work. And the team here at Montville is great.”
Len has been married 25 years to his wife Susan and they have two grown children. When he’s not working, Len enjoys working on his cars, fishing, hiking and traveling with his wife.
