KEVIN MILLER

Kevin leads all sales and marketing initiatives at The Chelsea at Fair Lawn as the Director of Community Relations. Under his leadership, he is responsible for developing a connection with families, residents and businesses alike, and driving the sales process.

Kevin’s mission is to promote and maintain a high-quality environment, and continue to enhance the reputation of the community.

Most recently, he worked as the DCR for Atria Senior Living in New City, NY to help that community open its doors during the height of the pandemic. Despite the ongoing challenges, Kevin took over 100 deposits before the community opened, reaching over 90% of occupancy.

Prior to that, he worked as the DCR for Arbor Senior Living in Roseland, NY. He brought the community up to budget and nearly 100% occupancy.

Kevin wasn’t always in senior living. He was an Public Relations professional for five years, focusing on entertainment and law.

He also has a background in finance as a Wealth Manager.

Originally from Oradell, Kevin, his wife, and daughter now live right over the border in Rockland County, NY. He likes to go hiking and be outdoors. He has a degree from the University of North Florida.
