With more than 44 years of experience in healthcare, Howard is, as he likes to say, a big customer service guy. He loves speaking with family and residents, ensuring that there are no loose ends. He is passionate about his residents receiving the best possible care. His goal is to keep the residents comfortable in their home.
After studying psychology in college, he felt that there was something he could do to help the senior population. After stints as a volunteer and an entry level administrator, he has forged a distinguished career that has brought him to the helm at Chelsea’s Somerset Gardens.
Howard is proud of his stellar team. They embody a lot of experience and longevity, qualities which speak for themselves in service to our residents.
Outside of work, Howard is a family man. He feels fortunate that most of his family lives close by. When he is not maintaining his 30-gallon fish tank, Howard enjoys reading mysteries and fiction.
