Being raised by her grandparents, Donnett developed a healthy respect and appreciation for the elderly. Her motivation to pursue this labor of love comes from the idea of paying it forward, that fulfilling her part in caring for someone today will come back to her when someone cares for her tomorrow.
Donnett began her career as a home health aide and spent time at every level on the professional nursing ladder in her growth. She not only understands the challenges at every level, but sees it as a privilege to be part of a dynamic team caring for our residents
Her passion is to assist in making The Chelsea brand a leader in the healthcare industry while engaging and developing a team to be rivaled.
Donnett loves traveling, reading and dancing.
