Diane is a career nurse and manager of long term care facilities but has never lost sight of her most important mission at The Chelsea at Brick: getting to know her residents by getting to know each of their backgrounds and histories, thus creating a strong, family-like relationship. Diane’s passion is to ensure that her residents live out their lives with the best quality of life possible. Even if it’s just a small greeting in the hallway, it’s important for her to make residents feel special every day.
Visibility is what Diane lives by. When entertainment is available for the residents, you can find her singing and dancing with them. When food is served in the dining room, Diane will eat with the residents and listen to their feedback. As she always says, “When I do something, I follow up.”
Diane earned her Bachelor of Nursing degree in Philadelphia, but was interested in management. This led to her earning her Masters in Business Administration at Rutgers to enhance an already distinguished, 25-year career in long term care.
In her spare time, Diane is an avid reader of mysteries, sews–her own clothes, even–and is the world’s number one Mets fan.
