Caroline came to Chelsea after 14 years at Hunterdon Medical Center as an Acute Care Dialysis Nurse. She always loved working with the geriatric population so in 2016 she started at the Chelsea Brookfield as the Support RN and realized she’d found her niche in nursing.
She became our Health Services Director in 2019 and in 2020 was faced with the incredible challenges of the COVID pandemic
“I am proud to have worked beside THE most amazing team during an indescribable time,” she says. “I once considered them co-workers but now consider my work family. We have cried, laughed, and supported each other every day.”\
Caroline lives in Mt. Bethel, PA with her husband and two children. Their favorite thing to do as a family is camping.
