Right before the unofficial end of summer, the New York communities came together to throw an all-out beach party at The Residences at Plainview, a resort-style Independent Living community managed by Chelsea.
The patio was expertly decorated by our Lifestyle Team with sand, a “Surf Shack,” tiki huts, tropical displays, backdrops, and more.
Live music lasted throughout the party from Gerry Ferretti and The Mutant Kings.
And partygoers were served a variety of Long Island shore-type food.
Residents from Maple Pointe, Somerset Gardens, and The Residences were joined by their families, friends, and those who are considering becoming future residents.
