From a young age, Craig felt a calling to work closely with the senior population. In fact, his first job was working in the dish room at a local nursing home. He has always had a passion for working with people, but it was the elders in his community and his ability to do the small things for them that really resonated with him.
Craig’s goal at Toms River is to build a team that knows how to have fun at work while also delivering the best possible experience to the residents and families. He feels that each and every resident is an extension of his own family.
Leading by example is Craig’s motto. He would never ask another team member to do anything that he would not be willing to do himself.
Craig is a Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA). When he’s not at work, Craig enjoys time spent with his family and doing anything outdoors such as fishing, going to beach, or playing golf with his son.
Kelly leads the sales and marketing initiatives at The Chelsea at Tinton Falls in her role as the Director of Community Relations. Under her leadership, she is responsible for developing a cohesive community by connecting with families, residents and businesses alike, and driving the sales process.
Prior to Chelsea, she managed multiple urgent care centers in Howell and Wall. Before that she was a Medical Practice Director of Endocrinology Associates of NJ, where she was able to successfully start two brand new offices in East Brunswick.
For nine years starting her career, though, Kelly was an Emergency Room Technician at CentraState Healthcare System where she was performing EKGs, drawing labs, and doing CPR.
Kelly has been in the healthcare field since she was 18 and has always loved helping people.
