Len is an 8-year Chelsea veteran, rising to the position of Executive Director after distinguishing himself as Food Service Director.
“I enjoy working with the residents to make sure they are comfortable and their needs are satisfied,” he says. “My heart is really into taking care of them. I enjoy coming to work everyday. It actually doesn’t seem like work. And the team here at Montville is great.”
Len has been married 25 years to his wife Susan and they have two grown children. When he’s not working, Len enjoys working on his cars, fishing, hiking and traveling with his wife.
Joyel began working with the older population 25 years ago when she walked into an adult daycare center in Somerset County, NJ, just to see what went on there. She immediately hit it off with the director and began working as a healthcare assistant while also performing as the lead singer in a rock band.
Joyel earned her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration. As she gained more experience, she found a home in marketing.
“My relationship with the senior population is a marriage made in heaven,” she says.
When not working, Joyel enjoys spending time with her three children ages 25, 21, 15 and her 2-year-old grandson.
