The Chelsea at Forsgate is one of New Jersey’s first Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. Located in Monroe Township, it is right down the road from the New Jersey Turnpike and County Road 613, Spotswood-Englishtown Road.

There are many places to visit, shop, and eat while you’re in town including the Forsgate Country Club, Thompson Park, Don Pepe in Jamesburg, Sal’s Roma Deli and Pizza, and more. We’re also close to University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro.

Sarah was born in Brooklyn, NY and lived with her parents and grandparents for most of her childhood. Being close to her grandparents is what inspired her to want to work with the elderly. Once she had her first job as a receptionist/marketing assistant at an Assisted Living, she knew where she wanted her career to be.
She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s in Business and Widener University with a Master’s in Business and Healthcare Administration. She is currently working toward her Doctorate degree in Healthcare Administration.
She lives in Old Bridge, NJ with her two children, Julianna, 14 and Brayden, 11. She enjoys day trips with her children where they visit museums, and monuments or sometimes just enjoy the waterpark. She also enjoys reading, running, or binge watching a good show on Netflix.
Kennedy started with Chelsea Senior Living back in 2018 as a Dietary Aide at East Brunswick and has been climbing the ladder ever since.
She returned to East Brunswick after graduating from East Stroudsburg University in 2020 and was offered the Marketing Assistant position there.
Last Fall, she transferred over to Forsgate as the Marketing Assistant and then as the Director of Community Relations at Bridgewater. She’s happy to be back in Monroe Township as the DCR. She is adept at facilitating and managing the inquiry and move-process for families and individuals who are searching for senior living solutions.
