Tim leads all business initiatives and operational aspects at The Chelsea at East Brunswick. He is responsible for developing a vibrant culture, optimizing resident satisfaction, and creating a secure and friendly environment.
Tim first joined Chelsea Senior Living in 2010 and has steadily grown through the company ever since. Prior to his appointment as Executive Director at East Brunswick, he served as the the Director of Community Relations (DCR) for The Chelsea at Marlboro. During his time in that role, the community went from 70% or less occupied to complete stabilization. His ability to connect with seniors and their families helped keep the census high and brought the community up to budget.
Prior to serving as a DCR, he was the Lifestyles Coordinator for The Crossings program at The Chelsea at East Brunswick. While there, he also served as the Lifestyles Coordinator for the entire community. He was responsible for designing and innovating new activities to keep residents engaged.
Tim originally started at East Brunswick as a Marketing Assistant.
He spent two years as a DCR at CareOne in East Brunswick before returning to The Chelsea as an Executive Director.
Tim enjoys spending his free time with family, restoring classic cars, and going out on the water.
Linda leads the sales and marketing initiatives at The Chelsea at East Brunswick in her role as the Director of Community Relations. Under her leadership, she is responsible for developing a cohesive community by connecting with families, residents and businesses alike, and driving the sales process.
She began her career in Healthcare 16 years ago in admissions at The Elms at Cranbury, a long-term care community. With her outgoing personality, she sought a more active environment, which is why she turned to Assisted Living. She began working as the Marketing Assistant at our Forsgate community, and then in the same capacity at our community in Shrewsbury.
Linda believes that listening is an important virtue when it comes to senior residents as their stories are impactful and meaningful.
She loves spending time with her newly born grandchild, three daughters and her three sons-in-law. She enjoys the beach, a walk in the park with a friend, sitting with a quick-read book and pomegranate martinis!
