Mental Health Services East Brunswick, NJ
At The Chelsea at East Brunswick offers Mental Health Services where residents of our senior living community can enjoy a comfortable lifestyle, with a choice of interesting activities and a full range of services to help them get the most out of life. Unfortunately, aging can also bring new stresses into our lives that make it difficult to enjoy these “golden years.” Health problems, reduced mobility, the loss of loved ones, and other stressful events can take a toll on our emotional and mental health. Some older adults may experience feelings of anxiety, depression and isolation as a result. With the right specialized care, supportive environment, and our Mental Health Services, however, it is possible to feel well and enjoy life again.

“My first impression was that the community was attractive and I felt confident that I would be taken care of here.”
I felt very comfortable visiting my aunt there regularly. The recreational coordinator was amazing at scheduling different activities every day. There were movie nights, nightly bingo, and trips at least a few times a week. They would go to the mall or museums or grocery shopping together. I often envied how dedicated and amazing the staff was. They had recreational aids who would do wheelchair exercises and have evening work outs as well.
