Judy Rivera, Lifestyle Director of The Chelsea at Brick, is one of the nominees for this year’s Argentum (formerly ALFA) Hero Awards, a nationwide contest identifying assisted living employees with extraordinary dedication and service. Judy is a military mom who became a Certified Activity Director after visiting her grandfather at a VA hospital years ago and seeing no activity program.
