From NJ/NYC: Verrazano Narrows Bridge to the Belt Parkway through Brooklyn. Belt Parkway becomes Southern State Parkway (follow signs) into Long Island. Take Southern State to exit 17 south (Malvern) and turn right at the light onto Hempstead Avenue. After a short distance, bear left at the fork onto Ocean Avenue. Follow about two miles to the light at Sunrise Highway and turn left. Travel about a mile to North Long Beach Road and turn left. Go under the railroad bridge to Maple Avenue and turn left. Maple Pointe's entrance will be immediately on the left.
From eastern Long Island: Southern State Parkway to exit 17 south, Hemptstead Avenue. Pick up directions above from that point.
