The Chelsea's Country Cottage Program provides residents with comprehensive assessment services through cooperative relationships with multidisciplinary teams of social workers, nurses, psychologists, and board certified geriatric psychologists from leading area hospitals and private agencies. The Chelsea's Registered Nurse and professionally trained staff provide assistance with the essential activities of daily living, including:
