In addition to our development, marketing, and management functions, Chelsea Senior Living offers the ability to develop creative investment and financial structures to take advantage of the current financial and economic climate.
We are committed to projects – from affordable to upscale – that respond to changing market needs and create positive outcomes. The ability to provide a continuum of care in creative, realistic ways will be critical as health care systems evolve to address the aging of the population, the introduction of new technology, the evolution of managed care, and the reality of limited financial resources.
With more than four decades of experience in the care of the elderly, Chelsea Senior Living has expertise in both the development and management of senior facilities and services, with specific skills in development, marketing, and operations of facilities. We believe that our expertise is best reflected in the quality of services we provide to our residents.
