Welcome to Castle Senior Living at Forest Hills

Castle Senior Living at Forest Hills, specializing in Assisted Living, Memory Impairment and Trial Stays in Forest Hills, New York, is a New York State-licensed Medicaid program located in the heart of Queens. Residents have the opportunity to live with dignity, independence and respect in a community setting with professional supportive services tailored to meet their individual needs. Geriatric professionals of all disciplines provide compassionate, uncompromising quality care. Each resident participates in the development of his or her own specific care plan.

We serve eligible residents of our Enriched Housing Program. All heath care services are provided by our licensed home care services agency located on our premises, under the direction of a registered nurse who works along with your physician in the development of your personal assisted living plan of care.

Our Wellness Center staff is supervised by a full time nurse who ensures our residents' good health by providing personal care services as needed. In addition, the residence has an association with visiting physicians with varying specialties who will see residents on-site. Of course, all of our residents' personal care physicians are welcome there as well.

Our Alzheimer's/Memory Impairment program, called the Country Cottage, provides a warm and safe environment where residents receive 24-hour, individualized attention with special activities designed to maximize their own abilities and autonomy.

We also offer a Trial Stay Program. You can stay for 30 days, either as a vacation from the busy world or to see if Assisted Living is for you. You will enjoy your own private apartment and all the services and amenities received by our full time residents.
